1. Main Application
(1) The machine is suitable for material that need to concentrate, mix and dry at low temperature(for example, biochemistry products) in chemistry, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries, especially suitable for drying of material apt to oxidize, volatilize and of strong heat sensitive and toxin and not permitted to destory its crystal in drying.
2. Features
(1) When oil is heated, automatic constant temperature control is applied. It can be used for drying biology products and mining material. Its temperature of operation can be adjusted from 20-160 centigrade and variation witin ± 2 centigrade.
(2) Compared with ordinary dryer, its heat efficiency will be raised over 2 times.
(3) Indirect heating method prevents materials being polluted, easy to use, it meets with the requirement of "GMP" Standard.
3. Working Method
(1) Heat sourc(e. G. Hot water, low pressure steam or heat conducing oil) passes through the sealed jacket.
(2) And transmit the heat t the target material.
(3) Driven by momentum, the chamber revolves lowly and makes material in it mixing continuously
(4) The raw material exists at the state of vacuum.
(5) The drop of steam pressure makes the moisture(solvent) at the surface of material becomes saturation and evaporates.
(6) The solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump and recolletced in time
(7) The inner moisture(solvent) of material will be in filtrate, evaporate and discharge continuously.
(8) The three processes are carried out unceasingly, and the purpose of drying can be realized within a short time.
